New — Migration is free now. Our importer does it. See what the sprint covers →

Your CRM should do the work, not record it.

We design your Clarify CRM and build the agent layer on top — so research, enrichment, follow-up and pipeline hygiene happen without anyone opening a tab. Moving the data is the free part.

Three pieces of work in the sprint. You only pay for two.

Most teams arrive with a CRM nobody trusts and a stack of tools bolted around it. We take the whole thing, not a slice of it — and hand it back running. The data move is free; the thinking is what you pay for.

Migration — free

Our own importer moves it. Records, history, notes, files, owners, the custom fields you forgot you made.

  • Deduplicated on the way in
  • Field-by-field mapping you sign off
  • Old system stays live until you say stop

The design

Clarify configures its own fields. It does not decide how you sell — objects, stages and the reports they have to support are a judgement call.

  • A model that matches your pipeline
  • Reports that retire the Monday spreadsheet
  • Approved by you before anything moves

The agent layer

Clarify's agents do the reading, writing and chasing. We decide what they're allowed to touch and what always waits for a human.

  • Research and enrichment on new records
  • Follow-up drafted, never auto-sent
  • Pipeline hygiene that runs itself

Start with the audit. It's free, and it's written down.

Give us read access for a day. Inside 48 hours you get a document like this one — every finding, what it costs you, and how long the fix takes. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

Seven business days, and you need us for about ninety minutes of them.

The sprint is fixed-scope and fixed-price. If it isn't live on day seven, you don't pay — and you keep the migration anyway.

1

Read everything

Your current CRM, the spreadsheets beside it, and the way the team actually works around both.

You — 30 min
2

Map the model

Objects, fields, relationships and the reports they have to support. You approve it before anything moves.

You — 40 min
3

Dry-run the migration

Full import into a sandbox, run by our importer. Counts reconciled against the source, record by record.

4

Clean on the way in

Duplicates merged, owners filled, dead fields dropped. Conflicts go to a queue, not a guess.

5

Build the agent layer

Research, enrichment, follow-up drafts, hygiene. Each one scoped to what it may and may not touch.

6

Cut over

Live migration, old system frozen read-only. Nothing is deleted for thirty days.

7

Hand over

Walkthrough with the team, a written runbook, and thirty days of tune-up included.

You — 20 min

What the audit finds, nearly every time.

Eight patterns show up in almost every CRM we open. None of them are anyone's fault — they're what happens when a system grows for three years without a rebuild.

Duplicates nobody merges

Usually 8–15% of contacts. The team stopped trusting search a year ago.

Two fields for one thing

A field was renamed, not replaced. Both are populated. Reporting picks one.

Ownerless pipeline

Deals with no owner never appear in anyone's list, so they never close.

Stale as a default state

A third of open deals haven't moved in two months and nothing flags it.

Email lives outside the CRM

The real conversation is in someone's inbox, invisible to the record and to any agent.

The forecast is a spreadsheet

Rebuilt by hand weekly, because no report in the CRM matches how you sell.

Automations nobody owns

Built by someone who left. Still firing. Nobody will turn them off without knowing what breaks.

Calls disconnected from deals

Recordings sit in another tool, so the richest data you own is unreadable to the CRM.

Fixed prices. The first one is nothing.

No discovery retainer, no hourly billing, no statement of work that takes two weeks to sign. You see the audit before you decide anything — and you are never billed for moving data.

Talk it through

On Clarify Growth? The sprint is $6,500. Bigger record counts, custom objects, workflows, and a rollout across more than one team — a longer week’s work. Your Clarify success manager keeps doing the parts they do; we only sell what they don’t.

Live on day seven or the sprint is free. You keep the migration and the audit regardless — the importer is free either way, and the day we miss the deadline, we’d rather eat it than argue.

We turn down about a third of the teams who ask.

A fixed-price sprint only works when the scope is genuinely knowable in a week. When it isn't, we say so on the first call rather than three days in.

Good fit

  • 5–60 people selling, one or two pipelines
  • You already know the current CRM is the problem
  • Someone can make decisions without a committee
  • You want agents doing work, not summarising it

Not a fit

  • Salesforce with ten years of custom Apex
  • Regulated data that can't leave your own tenancy
  • You need the CRM to run billing and support too
  • Nobody internally has decided to move yet
  • Under 2,000 records and no sales team — the audit will tell you to do it yourself

The questions that come up on every first call.

If yours isn't here, ask it in the audit request — we answer before you commit to anything.

What happens to our old CRM?

It stays live and untouched until you tell us to stop. After cutover it's frozen read-only for thirty days, then you decide whether to keep paying for it. We never delete a source system.

Will the agents email our customers on their own?

Not unless you explicitly turn that on, and we don't recommend it in the first month. Default setup drafts follow-up and leaves it for a human to send. Agents write to the CRM freely; they write to people only with permission.

What if our data is genuinely a mess?

That's the normal case and the audit is where we price it. Cleanup is inside the sprint. If it's bad enough to threaten the seven days, we tell you before you pay, not after.

Do we need to be on Clarify already?

No. Most sprints start somewhere else — Pipedrive, HubSpot, a spreadsheet. If you're already on Clarify and the setup is wrong, the audit covers that too and the sprint fixes it.

What does the migration cost?

Nothing. We built the importer and it runs on every sprint — CSV, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Affinity, Attio. Anywhere else you would pay for those hours. Here you pay for the design and the agent layer, which is the part that needs a person.

Clarify's Growth plan already includes guided migration. Why pay you?

Guided migration moves your data. It does not decide your data model, your stages, your reports, or what your agents are allowed to write to. Clarify's success manager knows the product better than we do; we know what a twenty-person pipeline should look like on day four hundred. If your success manager will do all of it, take that — and the audit will say so.

Who does the work?

One person, start to finish. You're not handed to an account manager and you don't re-explain your business to a second team.

What does the operating layer actually cover?

New automations, schema changes, reporting, and the things that break when you hire, change the offer, or add a pipeline. Cancel any month; nothing is held hostage.
